2019 Team 24/7 Lacrosse Fall Weeknight Training

Monday Night - Speed & Agility  
About: Speed & Agility is a consistent area that athletes can improve upon. If you can increase your mobility and speed, you can continue to compete at a higher level than your opponents. The Monday Night Speed & Agility program will be solely focused on developing a player's athletic development. The 1 hour session each week will focus on the proper mechanics when developing improved footwork, linear and multi-directional speed. 
Dates: Monday's 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30 - 10/7 will be a weather make-up date, if needed.
Times: 6:30pm-7:30pm
Ages: 3rd-8th grade - Limited to 15 players
Location: Rama Road Elementary - 1035 Rama Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211
Cost: $125 

Tuesday Night - Stickwork 
About: Stickwork is the most important part of the game. If you can catch, throw and run, you can be a great lacrosse player. The Tuesday night stickwork program will be solely focused on developing our player's stickwork. The 1.5hr session each week will focus on the proper mechanics when throwing and catching while giving participants a high number of active repetitions as they can continue to improve their stickwork throughout the fall season.
Dates: Tuesday's 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8 - 10/15 will be a weather make-up date, if needed.
Times: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Ages: 3rd-8th grade - Limited to 40 players
Location: Rama Road Elementary - 1035 Rama Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211
Cost: $175 before August 15th; $200 after August 15th



Wednesday Night - Defense and Dodgers 
About: Our Wednesday Night Defense and Dodgers program is intended for defenseman and attackman that are looking to develop their position specific skill set. The program will be limited to 20 players at each position. Each night participants will work closely with their position coach on developing their individual skill then will compete against each other in a number of different formats to finish the session.  
Dates: Wednesday's 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9 - 10/16 will be a weather make-up date, if needed.
Times: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Ages: 3rd-8th grade - Limited to 15 players each at Attack and Defense
Location: Rama Road Elementary - 1035 Rama Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211
Cost: $175 before August 15th; $200 after August 15th



Thursday Night - Shooting Camp
About: Our Thursday Night Shooting Camp will focus purely on shooting. Offensive players will learn the proper mechanics necessary to become an effective shooter. Participants will work on shooting on the run, shooting with time and room, shooting out of a dodge and more. Each night will end with a shooting competition among campers and coaches! 
Dates: Thursday's 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10 - 10/17 will be a weather make-up date, if needed.
Times: 6:00pm-7:30pm
