Team 24/7 Preseason Training

Developing great lacrosse players. It's what we do and now we are excited to partner with Velocity Sports Performance to develop great athletes. This Winter, we will be partnering with Velocity Sports Performance to offer Speed and Agility training at the Team 24/7 Preseason Academy program. Each night will start with 30 minutes of speed and agility training followed by lacrosse skill development work.

7-8th Grade Preseason Training
Times: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Dates: Tuesday Nights - 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 1/5, 1/12 and 1/19
Grades: 7th & 8th Grade players preparing for their Middle School season
Cost: Team 24/7 Preseason Training is only open to Team 24/7 Select participants. To register for tryouts on 11/20, follow the link below.

4th-6th Grade Preseason Training
Times: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Dates: Thursday Nights - 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 1/7, 1/14 and 1/21
Grades: 4th-6th Grade players preparing for their Spring rec season
