Whether your son or daughter is new to the sport or has been playing for years, a 2021 Charlotte Lacrosse Boys and Girls Day Camp presented by Team 24/7 Lacrosse is perfect for them! Our mix of fundamental instruction and competition creates the optimal environment for learning and having FUN!
What to Expect

8:00AM - 8:10AM | Introduction and Lesson of the Day |
8:10AM - 8:20AM | Warm up game |
8:20AM - 9:10AM | Ground Ball Fundamentals Campers will rotate through 4 seperate stations that focus on a different set of fundamentals related to ground balls. Depending on the heat, campers will receive a water break after every 2-3 rotations. |
9:10AM - 10:00AM | Stickwork and Shooting Stations Campers will rotate through 4 seperate stations that focus on stickwork and shooting. Depending on the heat, campers will receive a water break after every 2-3 rotations. |
10:00AM - 10:20AM | Break Each day campers will take a 20 minute break where they get away from the sun, enjoy a snack and some water and recharge for the 2nd half of camp. |
10:20AM - 10:30AM | Warmup Game |
10:30AM - 11:10AM | Transition Games Campers will rotate through 4 seperate stations that focus on different transition or "odd man" situations. Depending on the heat, campers will receive a water break after every 2-3 rotations. |
11:10AM - 12:00PM | Competition Time Each day campers will end the day with different competitions based on what they learned that day. Competitions can range anywhere from individual skill tests to half field games. |

Boys Equipment Required
Kindergarten through 3rd Grade: Just a lacrosse stick and closed toed shoes! Players may wear pads if interested and comfortable doing so.
4th through 8th Grade: Helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, cleats and a lacrosse stick
*A limited amount of equipment will be available to borrow on a first come, first serve basis
Girls Equipment Required
K-3rd Grade: Just a lacrosse stick and closed toed shoes! Players may wear goggles as well.
4th - 8th Grade: A lacrosse stick and goggles
