Participation Opportunities:

Team Captain
This person will lead a foursome by filling the group and collecting individual registration fees ($150.00 per player).
Sponsor A Hole
This allows you to advertise and/or support Team 24/7 with signage on a tee box.
Non-Participation Gift
This option is for anyone who is unable to play but would like to provide a gift to the Foundation in support of the event.

Instructions:

  • Please donate the total amount due for the golf outing. As an example, A team captain plus a team mulligan would donate $650.00.
